The new Christiana Inn restaurant and bar is in full-swing, ready for the after-ski crowd, casual diners or someone looking for a gourmet dining experience. There is a feel of personal welcome and personality that pervades this establishment, and general manager Amy Baker and her enthusiastic and energetic staff put the “special” in your special-occasion dinner.
We found the ahi-tuna appetizer and the tomato bisque soup spectacular, while the main course of lamb chops, with a hint of balsamic, was unique and savory.
The wine list has been paired with the food perfectly, both by the glass and by the bottle, and the presentation is with small personal carafes and appropriate stemware.
